Hera 3342

It's the last month of spring already!

It is definitely warmer this year than last. Summer traditionally begins May 1, and in the desert it definitely does: yesterday was one of our first 110°F days, bleeding into a 90°F night!

Any plans for Floralia this year? There's been so much gardening going on lately for my family, there will be a lot to appreciate by the time Floralia is officially here!

(I'm so excited to share the images planned for this summer. There's definitely a different feel to them from last year that I think (hope!) reflects the different influence this year (Sai Candrë rather than Sai Raya).)
